Here’s a great tool that is excellent for helping you to measure risk management in your organisation. Devised by HM Treasury in the UK, it can easily be adapted for private sector. Why not give it to your Risk Committee, Audit Committee, and Board to get them to self-assess, then perform an evidence-based audit review and compare results…it will make for an interesting discussion.
